❌ No Return or Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges under any condition, unless the product delivered is faulty in terms of quality or craftsmanship.

🛠️ Faulty Product Handling

If you receive a faulty product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear details and images of the issue.
  • Our Quality Control team will review your query.
  • If a major fault is confirmed, we may offer you an exchange or store credit.
  • Unstitched items are not eligible for store credit, but may be exchanged in case of a major fault.

Note: The item must be returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

📌 Important Terms

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Order changes must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. (Excluding unstitched articles)
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for store credit only. (Excluding unstitched articles)
  • Alteration requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. (Excluding unstitched articles)
  • Sale items and Ready-to-Ship items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Web orders can only be handled via our online store.

⚠️ Additional Guidelines

  • No return/exchange will be accepted for customer preferences or dislikes.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • 🩸 Color bleeding
    • 🌫️ Fading due to washing
    • 🧼 Damage from improper care
  • Embellishments/accessories in photos are for shoot/styling purposes only unless clearly stated otherwise.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

As per courier policy, COD packages cannot be opened before full payment is made.

🔁 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • ❌ Stock unavailability
  • 🧾 Pricing errors
  • 💳 Declined payments by your bank or card provider

🌍 International Orders

If customs duties or taxes apply during international delivery, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid in full.
