Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. General Policy
We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy before placing an order.
All orders are considered final once confirmed.
2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- You receive the wrong product, or
- The product arrives with a major manufacturing defect or significant damage.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence.
3. Damage Claims Policy
To submit a damage claim:
- The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- A continuous unboxing video is required showing:
- The unopened package
- The shipping label
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the product upon opening
We reserve the right to reject claims where:
- Evidence is incomplete or unclear
- The video is edited or interrupted
- Damage appears to have occurred after delivery
4. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Product no longer needed
- Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
- Minor variations in design, texture, finish, or packaging
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence
5. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for an approved return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable) must be included
- Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or tampering will not be accepted
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
- Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be subject to a 25% processing/restocking fee.
- Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative resolution where applicable.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
For approved claims:
- Exchange will be offered first, subject to product availability.
- If an exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued.
- Approved claims will be resolved through exchange or store credit where applicable. Refunds may be offered depending on the nature of the claim.
All returned products are subject to inspection before any resolution is finalized.
8. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Shipping & Courier Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Lost or misplaced parcels after dispatch
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Delivery failures due to customer unavailability
These situations do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our control. While we will assist in tracking and communication where possible, we cannot guarantee courier performance or delivery dates.
