3. Damage Claims Policy
We take damage claims seriously and follow a strict verification process.
To submit a damage claim:
· The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
· A continuous unboxing video is mandatory showing:
o The unopened parcel
o The shipping label
o The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
o The condition of the product immediately after opening
We reserve the right to reject claims where:
· Evidence is incomplete or unclear
· The video has been edited, interrupted, or manipulated
· Damage appears to have occurred after delivery
· Sufficient proof is not provided
4. Product Condition Requirements
For any approved return:
· The product must be unused and in its original condition.
· Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable) must be included.
· Products showing signs of use, modification, tampering, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.
5. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
· Change of mind
· Personal preference
· Product no longer needed
· Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
· Minor variations in design, texture, finish, packaging, or appearance
· Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, or unauthorized alterations

6. Additional Terms for Clothing Products
Due to the nature of clothing products, including unstitched fabrics, stitched garments, readymade outfits, branded apparel, and handcrafted items, the following additional conditions apply.
Non-Returnable Clothing Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless the wrong item was received or a verified manufacturing defect exists:
· Custom-stitched outfits
· Readymade stitched sizes
· Altered garments
· Sale or discounted items
· Promotional items
· Limited-time offers
· Express shipping orders
Clothing-Specific Non-Eligible Reasons
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
· Size or fitting issues
· Personal style preferences
· Fabric feel, texture, or finishing expectations
· Minor stitching variations
· Minor embroidery or handcrafted variations
· Differences in accessories such as tassels, buttons, lace, patches, or embellishments
· Standard neckline variations
· Brand design variations
· Minor differences between product photos and actual products
Clothing Product Disclaimer
· Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and photography.
· Accessories shown in product images may be used for styling purposes only.
· Handmade and stitched items may contain minor variations.
· Necklines and stitching may follow standard production specifications.
Such variations are not considered defects.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
· Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
· Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation, processing, or restocking fee.
· Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Store Credit Option
Store credit may be offered as an alternative resolution. Additional promotional value may be provided at our discretion. Store credit terms and validity periods may apply.
8. Refunds & Exchanges Resolution
For approved claims:
1. Exchange will be offered first, subject to product availability.
2. If an exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued.
- Approved claims will be resolved through exchange or store credit where applicable. Refunds may be offered depending on the nature of the claim.
All returned products are subject to inspection before any resolution is finalized.
9. Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
· A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
· We are not responsible for return shipments lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
10. Shipping, Courier & Delivery Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
· Courier delays
· Customs inspections or clearance delays
· Lost or misplaced parcels after dispatch
· Incorrect addresses provided by customers
· Delivery failures due to recipient unavailability
· Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
These situations do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.
11. Transit Damage
All products are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
While we are not responsible for damage caused during transportation by third-party courier services, verified damage claims supported by the required evidence may be reviewed for possible resolution.
12. Approved Return Procedure
If your return request is approved:
- You will receive confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included
4. Ship the item within the specified timeframe using a trackable service.
5. Provide tracking information after shipment.
6. Returned items will undergo final inspection before any resolution is issued.

13. Limitation of Liability
Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our control.
While we will assist with tracking and communication where possible, we cannot guarantee courier performance, delivery dates, or transit conditions.
