Custom Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

Custom duties, Import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer upon import. These charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and cannot be controlled or estimated by us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• All sales are final once an order is placed.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong item or a majorly damaged/defective product.
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Damage claims must be reported within 12 hours of delivery and must include a continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, and product condition.
• Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging (if applicable).
• We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Normal wear and tear after use
• Approved claims will be resolved through exchange first, then store credit, and refunds only in exceptional cases.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• We are not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, lost parcels, or failed deliveries after dispatch.
