GCC Countries: 6โ€“7 business days (may arrive earlier in some cases)

Custom Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

Custom duties, Import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer upon import. These charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and cannot be controlled or estimated by us.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • All sales are final after order is placed.
  • No return or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or personal choice.
  • Only allowed cases: wrong product received or major damage/defect.
  • You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For damage claims, you must report within 12 hours and send a full unboxing video.
  • Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Small color differences
    • Missing or different accessories (buttons, tassels, lace, etc.)
    • Stitching or finishing differences
    • Fabric expectations or personal dislike
    • Sale, stitched, custom, or express orders
  • We are a reseller, not the manufacturer, so small differences are normal.
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours (no fee).
  • After 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
  • After shipping, cancellation is not allowed.
  • If your claim is approved:
    • First option: exchange product
    • If not available: store credit
    • Refunds only in rare cases
  • You must pay return shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or customs issues.
